Before and after I eat I wash my hands with soap to remove germs and bacteria. I wash my hands at least thirty seconds to assure that the bacteria in my hands are gone. After that I pat dry my hands with clean towel.

3.Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice.
4.inse your hands well under clean, running water.
5.Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.
