So a few steps that I follow to get rid of the tension before exams are:
★ Just focus on what you are studying. Don't think how hard the paper will be, just learn whatever you have in your syllabus with the best of your ability.
★ Don't spend much time thinking about tomorrow. This will not only waste your time but increase the tension
★ Sleep early[ I don't know actually whether it works or not but yeah it worked with me]
★ Revise your chapters as many times as you can.

Just be calm,relax don't take tension try to focus on your studies listen to some music go for 1 hour outside then study surely you will be willing to study with out any tension and full concentration
