Oh. Thanks for the answer. I thought it's possible to count the bacteria that's why I'm currently finding beneficial bacteria in soil. It's really hard to find an interesting investigatory project. I don't why I'm saying this but thanks for the answer. Now I have to find another.

Its fine, after all, your not the only one looking for an interesting inventory project. Why don't you use the nutrients in soil, it can help in knowing how many nutrients in different kinds of soil you can find that can be helpful in growing plants.

But I don't know if the nutrients meter is available in our place since I am also not familiar with that.
