1.) My personal internal compass that guides you through your life's journey. Set high goals and aspirations. You can have more than one big dream if you wish, it is however best to relentlessly pursue one big dream at a time to achieve the benefits of focus and discipline.
2.) Lack of discipline
Achieving goals isn't easy, otherwise everyone would be achieving their goals! Being disciplined and doing things even when you don't want to is the only way to succeed. You're not always going to be in the mood, so force yourself to do it.
