hii all brainly users friends... i need your help in one thing ... my tab (phone) is not working.. it is just stoped. its touch screen is not working ... it is not able to shut down now.. what shall i do now.. plz help me in this i will mark your ans as brainliest.. plz help me .. :)

If in the first case the screen works after rubbing then try resetting the device that is first reboot and if reboot doesn't work then format.... for formatting details plz msg me in inbox I'll tell u further....
