You jump using the spacebar (That long thing at the bottom-middle of your keyboard.
You move using the WASD keys.
You rotate your cam by moving your mouse.
Explain "Press and hold"
You can't really sprint, it's not a feature built-in but some game devs add a sprint feature, usually, they bind it to Shift.
Killing depends on the game, usually left-clicking would do the trick.
