No, because if he wants to form it to a bigger square each side must have the same length which could be 5x5 that equals to 25 marble tiles and left 5 since he didnt want to break the others

I suggest that he could use the 5x5 or add another 6 marble tile so he could attain a bigger mosaic with 6x6 marbles
