We should keep in mind that no man is an island because some people nowadays never rely to others and they never share their burden they want to be like an island who can suffice anything for itself. However humans cannot suffice their own and is need of others. As a result of their wanna be an island thing, they suffer from depression so to put is simply we have to be someone who is not an island and can share our problem and ask for help. Such as what you are doing .

~ Friends and family, I turn to them because I trust them that they will help me as far as they can or what can they do for me.
3. I can encourage them by doing the same thing as I experienced. Or I can share my burden to so that we could build trust to each other and when that happens that someone will share his burden also whether there is a solution or not it is important to be free from the problem of life.
