2. The barangay use to inform their constituents about these safety protocols by putting tarpaulins, anouncing it using a megaphone, by contributing a paper that has a necessary cautions.
3. Yes, because those protocols that I've mentioned are the most important ways to prevent or avoid viruses like Covid 19.
4. Yes, because these must be followed by everyone to avoid Covid 19 and so that the pandemic we are experiencing now would not be worsen.
