Health Diary,

Today I learned that Healthy eating is different for everybody. It depends on a million different criteria, like lifestyle and health goals. It takes observation and practice to get it right. This learning is important because it allows people the opportunity to know how to take care of themselves. It also helps people to help others by informing them of ways to better. I realized that health is central to human happiness and well-being that contributes significantly to prosperity and wealth and even economic progress, as healthy populations are more productive, save more and live longer.
