Activity 1:
Sequencing. Directions: Arrange the procedures chronologically. Use numbers 1 to 5.
A. Vision Test
_Cover one of your eyes
_With the uncovered eye, read out loud the letters you see.
_ Look at the Snellen chart before you.
_Repeat same procedure with the other eye.
_ Sit or stand away from the chart.

B. Measuring Height
_ Stand against the wall with feet flat together
_ Remove shoes or slippers
_Partner takes the measurement using a flat headpiece like a ruler
_ Look straight ahead.
_ Record the height measurement in meters
