Answer to the Questions:

1. The first terms are perfect squares. 2.The last terms are perfect squares.
3. The middle sign is a minus sign.
4. Just extract the square root of the first term and the last term
5. The sum and difference of the square roots of the first and last terms or
(x - y)(x + y)
6. Not all expressions can be factored using the difference of two square, because not all expressions are difference of two squares.
