During this time the most applicable technique to be used in collecting data is through interviews because it is easy to do and safest way compare to observation specially nowadays we are facing the pandemic.
The researcher can use messenger, e-mail or text in collecting data to the respondents, hence it is less work but more data, geographically feasible and it reduced bias.
