For nos. 35-40. Sequencing of Steps, Arrange the steps in Cleaning and Sanitizing Equipment and Packaging Area. To indicate the step-by-step procedure, shade the letter A for 1st step, B for 2nd step, D for 3rd step , E for 4th step, F for 5th step on the answer sheet provided

35. Wash the surfaces thoroughly with water and detergent to remove dirt.
36. Brush and scrub the parts (hinges, cranks, and corner) where dirt like grease and other sediments accumulate.
37. Flush again with tap water until all suds are removed.
38. Soak equipment in sanitizing solution for two to five minutes then rinse with tap water.
39. Air dry equipment or wipe with clean cloth to dry.
40. Store equipment in clean and dry storage areas.
