Performance Task No. 1: Apply


In this performance task, you will take the role of an engineer who is tasked to make a layout or floor plan of the clubhouse in your village. This required amenities and their areas are given in the table below. For you to make the layout/ floor plan, you need to find first the dimensions of the given area of each amenity using the factoring techniques that you have learned.


You will present this layout/floor plan to the officers of the home owners association for approval. You can use any materials of your choice in making the layout or the floor plan.
