Find the sum or difference of the following polynomials. Show your solution.
1. Add the sum of 3x + 15y - 6 ; and 5y - 2x
2. Add the sum of 12x² -6x =30, x³ +10; and x² +2x
3. Subtract the sum of 8a - b from 2a +c -4
4. Subtract the sum of 10m - 2n by 3m - 5n
5. Subtract the sum of 33b -2c by 18 a +2b - 5

Answer:
1. x + 20y - 6
2. x^3 13x^2 -4x +10 =30
3. 6a -b +c -4
4. 8m -7n
5. a +31b -5
Step-by-step explanation:
Add or subtract the like terms :)
(Double checking my answer...)
Yeah, u just need to add or subtract only the like terms.
On number 1:
(3x +15y -6) + (5y 2x)
Add only the like terms, so you only add 3x + (-2x) and 15y + 5y = x + 20y
there is a 6, but having no like term,so you only just write it with x + 20y -6.
This is like the rest of it.
Does this help? ^^
Hope it helps ;)
