Community fitness events will really help the people who are looking for other form of exercise like for example Zumba. It is popular in some barangays to have Zumba. With these simple fitness events, more people were encourage to join and with this their health issues or concerns were catered. We Filipinos, if we are with others we were encourage also to strive to do something better. With the motivation of other members of the community more and more people where really into fitness events and I can say, this is really a good project that can be done in a community. Usually females are the one into community Zumba with there kumares who happily danced in tune of different music.
