cause - sometimes some students failing their subjects because of many reasons like family problem, financial problem, bullying, and sometimes student just lazy to do their assignments and projects.
effect - the effect of it can not go on college and have a degree that many agencies are looking for their worker and, can get a average work of filipinos that don't have degree that construction worker as their sideline and garbage collector, I'm not saying that construction worker is just smal work what I'm saying the most effect of not having a degree
