Excessive weight gain has become one of
the health issues faced by many Filipinos amidst the
pandemic crisis. This problem often rises due to
lack of physical activity since community lockdowns
are implemented.
There are many ways to avoid this problem
to continue. One way to avoid continuously gaining
weight is by eating healthy foods especially fruits
and vegetables. Aside from that, exercising at home
would be a great help to decrease the chance of
gaining extra weight. And lastly, avoid stress is a
great way to have a healthier life. Stress from work,
family, and money often leads to binge-eating and
other unhealthy habits.
Gaining weight especially in this time of
crisis is good yet it must be under control and not
excessive.
