You need to asses and evaluate your own Personal and Entrepreneurial competencies because it is important to know where you're good at, because it is your edge. Anf after it you should focus on your skills and improve.
18-20.
If I have a Cookery NCII, I will look for a job to a good restaurant or food business to gather information about handling a business and to have experience because if I don't have experience it would be hard to handle a business, because cooking and business is a two different thing. Cooking is you'll cook food and in business you'll sell the food you cooked. And business isn't just about selling. It is about the customer, the place, the food, the service amd the money, so cooking and business is a whole different thing that's why after learning how to cook, we should learn how to handle a business.
