For me, I would really put my trust and faith to our our Almighty Lord. Because He always supports us, no matter what. Even though we always sin. But still, He always guides us in the right pathways and teaches us the good moral values to be applied in our own lives. Which it can help us to strive & work hard, even though there are people who are making us feel down sometimes.
