Goal The goal is to draw/sketch a model of building that is earthquake-proof.

Role You are a structural engineer of the Department of Public Works and

Highways (DPWH).

Audience The target audience will be the DPWHhead

Situation You have been hired as the structural engineer in charge of designing a new

building of no more than 2-storey. You must design and build structure that

is earthquake-proof. This include a construction diagram/sketch of the building

that withstands an earthquake (includes the different geometric figures in

your drawing, that you have learned from this quarter)

Product You are expected to draw/sketch a model of building in a short bond paper

and label the different geometric figures that you have used.
