What I feel depends on what happens. If what happened was that it wasn't too big or I was in good condition, then I would most likely only notice one feeling at that time. For example, when my score is low, I will only feel sad and it will make me think about studying harder for the next exam. Or another example is when I have to take an exam, I will feel scared and what comes to my mind is that I have to be able to do my best.
But when I experience big things, such as fighting with my best friend, I will notice many feelings such as anger, sadness, annoyance, and other unpleasant feelings. There are many thoughts that will come into my mind at that time, for example, thoughts about who did wrong, who should apologize, and how to apologize if I was wrong. When so many thoughts are on my mind, I will calm myself down before doing something or making a decision.
