As someone who goes to school, I haven't gotten sick. I think it's because of a couple things that I do to keep covid or omicron away from me.
1. wear glasses. It doesn't need to wrap around your face, just to generally block your eyes.
2. Double mask. I suggest wearing a surgical mask along with the 360 mask underneath it. If you can't afford one or the other, then wear a bandana or a fabric mask instead.
3. Layer up. Layer up on your clothes. leave a laundry basket by your door (inside your house) and take all the clothes you're wearing except for a small layer of clothes underneath. if you live alone, you can just take off your clothes without layers but I don't so I wear stuff underneath.
5. Eat ginger. Eating ginger can help you get rid of bad germs or bacteria regardless of the desies.
That's all I know. If you have more tips to be safe, make sure you tell me!
