I believe that mental, emotional, and social health are all important factors in overall health. I also think that it is possible for someone to be healthy in one area and not so healthy in another. For example, someone might be mentally healthy but not emotionally healthy.
I consider my friend Sarah to be mentally, emotionally, and socially healthy. Sarah is a great listener and she always has time for me when I need to talk. She is also a very positive person and she always looks on the bright side of things. I think that Sarah is mentally healthy because she is able to cope with stress in a healthy way. She is also emotionally healthy because she is able to express her emotions in a healthy way. Lastly, I think that Sarah is socially healthy because she has a great group of friends and she is always willing to help others.
