Do the basic arm stroke in swimming (16 repetitions per stroke). Do these separately before meal and 1 hour after meal. Evaluate your performance after the activity between before meal and after a meal by determining which time you have performed the best with ease and endurance. (You can do this with a swimming pool or if none do the basic arm strokes while sitting.)
