1. A radio advertisement (radio ad) is a type of media message conveyed to an audience

using facts and opinions. Facts are statements that can be proved true or false.

2. Cooking chop suey is easy. First, in a wok or big skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic
until softened. Add the pork belly slices and cook, stirring regularly, until all sides are done. Add
the shrimps and do the same. Then, pour the cornstarch mixture into the wok and add the oyster
sauce and ground pepper and bring to a boil. Doing this from the beginning keeps the veggies
crisp and helps prevents over-cooking them. Take out the shrimps. Next, add the first batch of
vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and sugar snap peas and cook covered for about 2-3
minutes. Finally, add the rest of the vegetables and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until
vegetables are tender-crisp and the sauce has thickened. Add the shrimp back. Season with salt
if still needed. Serve hot.
3. There are many types of candy available. First, there is hard candy, second there is chocolate and
third there is soft or chewy candy. To begin with, hard candy is a type of candy that is made up of
melted sugar ingredients but then later is left to cool and harden. In addition, chocolate is a wonderful
type of candy that uses cocoa beans. The last type is soft or chewy kind. Some examples are toffees
and fudge.
4. What causes a tsunami?... A tsunami is a large ocean wave that is caused by sudden motion on the
ocean floor. This sudden motion could be an earthquake, a powerful volcanic eruption, or a
underwater landslide. The impact of a large meteorite could also cause a tsunami. Tsunamis trav
across the open ocean at great speeds and build into large deadly waves in the shallow water o
shoreline.
5. COVID-19 affects different people in different ways. Most infected people will
develop mild to moderate illness and recover without hospitalization. Most common symptom
fever, dry cough, and tiredness. The less common symptoms are aches and pains, sore
diarrhoea, conjunctivitis,, headache, loss of taste or smell, a rash on skin, or discolouration of
or toes.
