In the story Maguindanao Pearls, I don't agree with fate of Sinag-tala.

1.) She was falsely accused. Accused by Lakambini (Rajah's daughter) for stealing the pearls even though she didn't. Lakambini was jealous since she was in love with Walang Gulat or also known as Magiting by Sinag-tala. Magiting and Sinag-tala are always together that's why she is jealous.

2.) She was a humble girl. She was humble for the beauty she had.

3.) The prophecy. The grandmother said that she will have that pearls but she was accused for heaving those pearls even though she did not and no one did and she died because of those pearls.

So Sinag-tala don't deserve the fate she had in the story entitled Maguindanao Pearls.
