And by chance, a Jewish priest passed by and saw the man but did not stop. A

But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was. When he saw the
man lying on the ground, he took pity on him and went down to him and bound up his
wound, pouring in oil and wine. Then, he set this man on his breast and brought him to
an inn and took care of him.
On the morrow when he departed, he took out some money and gave them to the
innkeeper and said, "Take care of him. Whatsoever thou spendest more than what I have
given thee, I will repay when I come this way again."
