although earthquakes are unpredictable, we should always still be prepared. we must always have a medical first aid kit, canned goods, flashlight, and bottled water.

if u are inside a building, get away from chandeliers, shelves and any other objects that might fall and harm you. Do not panic. follow the DUCK, COVER AND HOLD PROCESS. if there is no table to cover in, stand under a hard and sturdy door frame and hold tightly. if u are outside or just walking, stay away from trees and posts, go to the nearest open ground and calm down. if u are inside a car, get off of ur car and do the same process mentioned earlier.
after-
calm down and get out of the building u are in. wait for help to arrive. if there are people who are injured, give them first aid then wait for medical help.
