I dont exactly know why? but personally since English is the universal language we used to speak and communicate with these language since not all people understand Filipino. We communicate through out the world and English is the common language to relate with other people with different nationality. We also used English for education and teaching purposes since we are in developing and highering the educational level of Filipino Students.
