Denial- you can't accept that you lost someone or something in your life.
Anger- you're angry because they aren't there anymore
Depression- you're unable to do anything about it, so you're very sad or you can't think of anything.
Bargaining- you slowly begin to realize that they won't come back, and you slowly start to accept it
Acceptance- you accepted that they won't come back anymore no matter how you blame yourself, so you just accepted your fate that they're not here anymore
