3.-Brother said, "I have to drink 1 cup or 240ml of tea 1-2 times a day after i finished eating."

4.-Mother said, "I eat ¼ cup or 30grams of fruit cereal for my breakfast and drink 8 glasses of water a day."

5.-My friend said, "I eat 30 grams off fruit cereal for my breakfast and it 1 cup of rice and 4 oz of salman with 8 oz of coffee 2 times a day and for my dessert is 1 cup of yogurt."​
