Dear God, Creator of Heaven and Earth, Thank you for all the blessings and gifts you bestowed upon me and my family. Thank you for your continuous guidance and protection. I am deeply sorry for the sins I have committed and sorry for the sins I have committed unknowingly. I seek for your mercy, guidance and protection physically, mentally and spiritually. I also ask for your help to guide me in following the 10 commandents and beatitudes to become a good and obeying person. Amen.
