We spend too much time on our phones without eating and relaxing our eyes, it can cause us to get sick and unhealthy body. We shouldn't be depending on what's going on online, make yourselves busy doing your tasks at home and finished your modules on time, that's better than wasting your time using mobile phone without any benefits.
