Can you please help me with this?

A) Vascular tissue anchors the plant in the ground and allows the plant to absorb nutrients in the soil

B) Xylem transports water from the roots to the shoots of the plants, and the phloem transport glucose (sugar) either up or down, depending on the plant’s needs

C) Vascular tissue is responsible for controlling gas exchange and maintaining water balance in the leaves of plants

D) Xylem transports glucose (sugar) from the roots to the shoots, and the phloem transports glucose (sugar) fro the leaves to the roots
