can we reduce friction to zero by polising surfaces or using large amount of lubricants?

Even if you use air at high pressure friction wont ever decrease to zero as for a plane moving through air.....there we call friction as viscous drag

No friction cannot be decreased to zero with lubricants but without using lubricant it is done . Lubricants are used for making things smooth and to reduce friction but it cannot do the friction zero.
