I'm 13 years old I cry when I'm in bed without a reason and I don't wanna tell dad because he's gonna be worried but I'm trying my best to being calm around my family you know I'm say so much but I need help:(just advise please

hello, if you're having problems or something that bothers you, please tell about it to someone you trusts, dont keep it to yourself or you'll end up having anxiety attacks, but when I get anxiety attacks, I usually start to breathe calmly, and I try to distract myself by something fun to play with, hopefully it helps
