c. Direction: Arrange the following steps in making an extension cord, by writing 1-5, from the first step to last.
1. Close the outlet and fasten it with screw tightly.
2. Connect the other end of the wire to the outlet. Loosen the screw to open it, and place the
separated wires to the metal terminal inside the outlet.
3. Connect one end of the wire into two the terminals of the plug and tighten it with the screw. Do
not forget to cover it, so the wire will not be exposed and cause electric shock
4. Get the main plug. Using the screwdrivers, take off or remove the screw to loosen each of the
terminals
5. Take one of the ends of your electrical wire and peel of the plastic insulator to expose the wire.
Tale extra care when peeling, so you will not damage the wire inside. Divide the wires into two to create
connections for two metal terminals. Do this on both ends.​​
