LESSON: Carry Out Measurements and Calculations LESSON: Calculate Cost of Production PERFORMANCE TASK NO. 2: "COOKERY BUSINESS!" DIRECTIONS: Most of the food items, products we buy everyday have suggested recipes in its labels. Look for a recipe from the food items you have at home. Do the following: 1. Cut out a recipe, and then paste it in a short typewriting paper. 2. Try to cook it! Prepare the ingredients and follow the steps/procedures. 3. Suppose you are going to sell this, how much will it cost? Write the estimated cost of each ingredient, then impose a 50% mark up to determine the selling price of your product.
