Blue whale (Balaenoptera musculus) is the largest underwater mammals that prefers saltwater environment. The female in some of these species usually give birth only once. Other species of whales give birth once in every two years and its rare for this organism to conceive twins. Twins in this species has a lesser chance of survival.

• Since they are large in size, people who haunt such species are very lucky if they spot one, but it still depends if the creatures won't attack them, every animal have their own techniques on fighting the predator. It will also be hard for them to find shelter because they are big.
• The techniques they use to avoid predators and the way how they find food to survive underwater.
