Below are scenarios you have been dealing with in purchasing some items. How would you handle this situation?


1. A fish vendor does not allow her costumer to pick and select the fish they want. Instead, she picks the fish for them. Is this practice correct?

2. You buy a new Sony Play Station 6 and after 6 months it stopped working. Can you take it back to the shop and ask for a refund?

3. You buy a foot massager online, unfortunately it keeps on shutting off after being used for 5_10 minutes. Can it be repaired or replaced?

4. You go to a fast food drive thru to buy a french fry and a burger. When you got home it is cold and has hairs on it. Do you have to take your money back?
