B. Conduct an interview with the local health officer (LHO) and ask for the top five (5) noncommunicable diseases in the community for the last three years. Report your findings using a format and medium you find most suitable for the purpose. Be sure to include in your report the following:

       Causes and risk factors for the disease that are validated by the LHO  

       Symptoms and signs found in actual patients from the community  

       Effective and complications that are also validated by the LHO​
