Laws of reflection are valid for everywhere. There is not a single point on a concave mirror on which angle of incidence is equal to angle of reflection.

Hey friend! if the Ray falls on the spherical mirror except passing through the principal axis ... what I mean is it should not follow the path the straight line of the principal axis.... and also if the incident ray directly goes and touches the pole got it it should touch the pole then will get the angle of incidence equal angle of reflection and the last one is when it passes through the centre of curvature when it passes through the centre of curvature it goes normal to the spherical mirror and as a result it comes back I mean it raises its own path
