Cooking menudo involves long cooking, which calls for a thick bottom to disperse the heat evenly. Having a thin bottom could result in burning which will adversely affect the taste of your broth.
ladle– Serving menudo easily will involve and large ladle. It makes the process of stirring and serving easier.
large mixing spoon – A large cooking spoon is used early on to mixing ingredients through the different phases in cooking.
