(19) Question hour is the first hour of a sitting session of India's Lok Sabha devoted to questions that Members of Parliament raise about any aspect of administrative activity. The concerned Minister is obliged to answer to the Parliament, either orally or in writing, depending on the type of question raised.
(20) The other bills can be introduced in either house of the Parliament and needs to be passed by both the houses with a simle majority. In case of a deadlock a joint sitting of both the houses may be called which is presided by the speaker of the Lok Sabha. Then the president signs it and it is converted into a Law.
