Answer:

Every school have different teaching and education, like the uneducated students who throws trash everywhere and those who don't manners are the one who will make the value of the school meaningless.

And as one of the officer in my old school, i have come across this many times and i know how much it damaged our school popularity. I do not put shame in any of that students who acts like this but this is my thought my other school mates and the other students.

The do not value the environment or how they act around people around them.
