What I Can Do

1. Make your guidelines in buying and availing health products and services. Write the possible effects of using/applying these guidelines in yourself, in your family, in the community, and the environment.

2. Put this on one bond paper and insert it into this module. Be sure to write your name. Make a duplicate copy, paste it on the wall of your house where everyone can easily see it. It will remind you and your family of buying not only health products but also other essential needs.​
