Exercising everyday was very good for our body too, because we can get slim body and get muscles, it can also help our to stretch our bones for better life, that's why exercising everyday is very helpful for our body. after you wake up, eat breakfast, you should exercise at the morning.
Maintaining a healthy diet can also help body to slim and be healthy , maintaining a healthy diet is important too, you should eat vegetables than junkfoods to help your body slim.
Wearing face mask and face shield is very important to protect us from COVID-19, it can help to make covid-19 cases low, you can also wear washable face mask, always wear face mask and face shield for safety, that's why face mask and face shield is important too.
Physical distancing is important too, because it can also help to be not infected by covid, physical distancing is helpful too but some people didn't do that and some people are doing that for their own safety, that's why physical distancing is very important too.
