Different Kind of Animals uses their body parts to eat.
All animals are getting the foods they eat with the use of their body parts:
1. With the use of Valves and Cilia - Animals live underwater such as Clams and Oyster has Valve and Cilia. These valves can be found from their shell, within the two adductor muscles.
2. Claws- this is curved with pointed (sometimes sharp) nails on each digit of the foot of animals, such as birds, lizards ad some mammals.
3. Tongue- Some animals use their tongue by lowering the jaw to the ground while pasturing on the ground.
4. Beaks and Bills- These can be found in most birds. There are some birds that have the powerful type of bills that they use to catch a fish and some only have small and short beaks which they use for cracking some seeds or nuts.
5. Tentacles- Most commonly found from Squid and Octopus underwater. A squid and Octopus differ in the number of tentacles that they have. Ten for squid and eight for octopus, and they also have a beak similar to teeth that they used to bite and rip up their prey into small pieces.
